KO Distilling Bare Knuckle Cask Strength Straight Wheat Whiskey

Bare Knuckle Straight Wheat Whiskey Single Barrel Cask Strength is made with 60% wheat, 30% rye and 10% malted barley, all sourced from local Virginia farms. It is double-distilled, aged for at least 2 years in a single charred new American White Oak barrel, and bottled directly from the barrel, without dilution. This spirit can range from ~118 to ~125 proof and produces a wonderful depth of flavor and heat.
