Nalewka is a traditional alcohol from Poland. It is created by macerating and or infusing a variety of ingredients in alcohol, usually neutral spirits or vodka. Some of the ingredients often used are different fruits, herbs, spices, roots, sugar and honey. Nalewkas are usually aged.
