Due to state regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, Main Street Liquor can only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase. We strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition and will offer replacements for any products damaged during transit.

Ensure your items are unopened, the original seals are intact, and you have the original sales receipt or digital order confirmation.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the bottles in their original specialized shipping containers to prevent breakage during the return journey.
Processing & Refund
Once our cellar team inspects the returned inventory, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
